Summary:
Customer
Support Services is responsible for resolving issues that our customer
group is experiencing with our internally designed document management
and related software products created and/or supported by DOCFOCUS inc.
Description:
The Customer Support Services Section, performs
a wide variety of tasks: desktop application support, documentation or
procedure development, data fixes, and understanding our applications
inside and out. We currently have a position available for a local
Edmonton candidate.
Skill Sets:
• An Organized Individual: someone who is not afraid of technology and is able to stay organized while handling multiple tasks.

Strong Communication Skills: comfortable communicating with clients to
resolve their application issues possesses a strong verbal and written
communication skill.
• A Quick Study - has the Ability to Learn:
able to acquire new knowledge and skills rapidly and easily and is
comfortable with complex software technologies.
• Strong Problem Identification/Corrective Skills: someone with excellent analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Highly Motivated: has the desire to move to the next level, we are
looking for individuals that can move into software development who are
not afraid of challenges.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or
certificate in a Computer Systems related field or equivalent practical
experience in a support background required.
• Ability to identify problems and create reasonable solutions to issues encountered by our customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written skills and be able to maintain Call Support Details.
•
Experience working within a SQL Server, PostgresSQL, Windows Desktop /
OS, Visual Basic, C Sharpe, Java, Report writers, and Helpdesk software
environment would be beneficial.
