Customer Support Services Analyst
DOCFOCUS is currently hiring the position of Customer Support Service Analyst for their Edmonton office.
Duties for this position
The Customer Support Service Analyst is responsible for documentation and procedure development, data fixes, desktop application support and resolving clients Document Management application inquiries and issues. This position requires the candidate to develop a thorough understanding of all the DOCFOCUS applications and related products created and/or supported by DOCFOCUS Inc.
Skills Required
Applicants for this position should be well organized individuals with strong communication skills; this position deals directly with DOCFOCUS clients, so it is imperative that candidates have strong verbal and written skills as well. DOCFOCUS seeks highly motivated individuals that are quick learners and possess great problem solving skills.
Qualifications
- Candidates applying for this position are required to have a Diploma or Certificate in a computer systems related field. Applicants that possess equivalent practical experience in a support background will also be considered for this position.
- Experience working within a SQL Server, PostgresSQL, Windows Desktop / OS, Visual Basic, C Sharpe, Java and Report writers.
- Past Helpdesk software experience would be beneficial.
