DOCFOCUS (DFI)-started in the Document Management industry in 1997 with off the shelf applications and provided custom add-ons to enhance those product's capabilities. DOCFOCUS has enabled clients to overcome limitations associated with off the shelf products in a convenient, cost effective manner. In 2000 we moved to our own fully developed Document Management Solution System to better accommodate our clients needs.
DFI Document Management Solution can be on any Windows class hardware platform that can run SQL Server as well as our imaging components. This eliminates our clients need to purchase from a short list of hardware vendors and purchase their servers and scanners at market prices instead. Any scanner can be integrated as long as it can scan and store TIFF G4 format with multiple grey scale resolutions.
Document Management Systems from DFI are available as-is or clients have the option to add custom profile/search forms tailored to fit their business. DFI also provides optional monthly support and product enhancement packages to help their customers with ongoing system maintenance. DOCFOCUS provides a full archive solution that allows our customers to easily move data from the system to CD’s, DVD’s or Hard Drive storage.
